Kyle is able to Bridge the Divide and leverage his software engineering abilities to increase the effectiveness of the engineers and designers on his team.
Expresses interest or concern about the solutions based upon their technical capability.
Create a technical representation from the current Game Design Document. Engineers are able to better understand the goal they need to achieve.
Becomes driven to write clear and concise unit tests to define the criteria from a game design perspective. The unit tests give the engineers a direction and the designers, confidence.
Kyle is able to Bridge the Divide and leverage his Game Designer abilities to increase the effectiveness of the engineers and designers on his team.
